Sweet Root Traveling: Team Flower Conference 2020
We had an absolutely incredible time as a team of 4 – traveling to Pasadena, California for the Team Flower Conference 2020. The theme of this year (our third time at the conference) was Lift, Love, Lead. And we certainly felt lifted, loved, and led. And we left feeling rejuvenated and inspired to tackle the new year!
We started our trip visiting the incredible floats from the widely known Rose Parade. We walked around, took a million pictures, and found floral inspiration right and left from these incredible masterpieces. Every visible thing on each of these floats was made from flowers and living matter. It was wildly impressive and well worth the visit.
We visited the LA Flower Market with friends, got some yummy breakfast and then we spent the rest of the weekend enjoying some amazing speakers, some awesome small groups, demos, conversations, and the like during the conference. Making new flower friends, seeing old friends, heaps of awesome breakfast, lunch, and dinner dates, and spent some time together as a team.
We spent our last day in California wandering the Huntingdon Gardens all morning and into the afternoon before driving out to Santa Monica and Malibu to watch the sunset at the beach and then have a team dinner.
We already have our tickets to next year’s Team Flower Conference in Albany, New York for our whole team and we can’t wait!!!
