Field Trip to Grateful Gardeners
Tom and Sarah, owners and the incredible humans behind Grateful Gardeners, are truly the most amazing and genuine people you’ll ever meet and we’ve known them now for quite a few years. They are the most generous and welcoming duo, huge supporters of their industry and of ours and of all the ways those industries intersect! They have been busy at work on brand new-to-them land for the past six months RE-BUILDING and expanding their flower farm, including the beginning of the one and only existing cut floral aquaponics system! They invited us out, we toured the new farm, got to clip a ton of goodies to take home, learned about dahlia crossbreeding, got to tag our own individual pairs to crossbreed, and spend a truly inspiring day walking their fields and hanging out with them. Very grateful for this pocket of time.
