Spring Training with The Floral Coach
With a growing team and a “slower” week just before busy Fall Season –– it felt like the perfect time to squeeze in a full day of team training with the help of The Floral Coach. Amy Balsters is an INCREDIBLE teacher and we learn so much every time we listen to her speak! We stacked the studio with a bunch of inspiring flowers, she came and gave a refresher on bouquet design, color theory, and centerpiece practice and gave the gals a big confidence boost and then the ladies ran with us and kept playing for another day to practice and get a little breather from client work!
