The first two days of our workshop with Amy Nicole are absolutely PACKED. Not enough hours in the day and physically unable to move our mouths fast enough to share all that we impart on these two days. But the hustle is WORTH IT! Amy demos the spiral method twice to fully map out her bouquet process as well as demo time of a stunning centerpiece! Students get time to practice on their own before moving into individual critiques with Amy and then getting their work photographed by Kim! Then the afternoons were packed with business focused chats with Sweet Root!
All things pricing and profitability and then on to staffing, expansion, and more! With both days ending in plenty of open Q&A time to make sure we are able to touch on every possible question each student has come with or discovered while present.
